Reviews From Celexa End Users.

May 16th, 2012

Celexa i have been taking Celexa for 4 years now and i think its not strong enough for me so i must take Effexor now but i’m scared of the withdrawal side effects.

Has anyone else experienced this. Its been a couple days since I’ve stopped taking it and I feel better right now.

My chest still feels tight and hot. Has anyone else had these side effects? Please reply:) by Kell On Sun Oct 22 07:10:49 2006 Celexa I really don’t know where to begin with this article, but I will tell you that I have tried several anti-anxiety medications, and none of them seem to fix my problem. I have tried Paxil,Lexapro, Celexa, and some others.

None of them seem to be worth it and the side effects are absolutely horrible.

Why would anyone want to keep taking something that made them WORSE with anxiety, have a migraine, or feel like garbage all around? Apparently this is all this medicine does for me, and doesn’t seem to really fix what is wrong. I recently tried Yoga and it was a medicine within itself, and it is NATURAL.

I recommend this to anyone before starting on anxiety medicines. Granted, some people really do need them, but I have had doctors tell me that, and the medicine simply is not tolerated by my body. So, pay attention to what your body and your mind is telling you! YOU know whats best.

Your Personal Development System Template- Josh Bell

May 5th, 2012

Have you ever created a personal development plan template for your life?

You may have without realizing it. You may have created a formal outline for yourself to follow, or you may have never even considered doing such a thing. Whichever category you fall into, you can create a personal development plan template right now that will help you succeed today, through the weeks to come, and even through long term circumstances.

How? Because when you are able to see where it is that you want to go, not only does it help you to see where you have been, but it will also help you to visualize exactly what it will take for you to be able to achieve the goals that you just formalized. This personal development plan sample is not long and arduous.

It is just something that helps you see what it is that you want to be able to do and helps you visualize how to do it.

An easy sample looks something like this: Personal Development Plan Template What are my dreams and how do I accomplish them? What are my core values that I will never compromise on? What does my ideal life look like and how can I achieve it?

If I could choose my personality, what would I be and why would I be that way? What are the goals that I want to be able to accomplish? What can I do to effectively implement the answers to these questions? As you can see from this personal development plan example, the development of your personal plan does not need to be a difficult process.

For Teens Thinking Of Getting Fit – Walking Can Certainly Help

December 28th, 2011

If you’ve decided to lose some weight then you’ll have most likely created some sort of workout plan. Perhaps you’re a newbie to working out or you haven’t worked out in a long time? Sometimes it can seem a bit too much and even a little bit scary… not to worry, there’s a simple way to get back into exercise: walking! You need to integrate walking into your exercise routine if you haven’t already done so.

There are many ways to add walking into your everyday routine. You might want to take your dog for a 10-minute walk around the neighborhood. The above really only just begins to scratch the surface of what is available concerning teen weight loss. What I have found is it really just depends on your goals and needs as it relates to your particular situation. Even though it is important to every person concerned, there are important parameters you should keep in mind. Specifically how they effect what you do is one thing you need to carefully think about. Here are several more equally important highlights on this important topic. Ten minutes at a time may not appear like a lot of walking time until you realize that it equates to 70 minutes over the course of a week. You can increase the number to 140 minutes if you walk your dog two times per day. Consider walking to your office if you live somewhat close to it. Naturally, if your work is a couple of hours away, you may not want to walk that far–unless you’re training for a marathon! It’s not unreasonable to walk to get to your workplace and it will give you at least an hour of exercise every day walking back and forth. If you get on the buss to work, try walking to the next bus stop and incorporate some exercise to your day. It’s not difficult to incorporate walking into your daily schedule.

Walking is terrific for your overall health. Since it’s a form of aerobic exercise, you’ll burn calories while also losing weight and improving your cardiovascular health. Walking is usually slow placed so you won’t be aggravating your joints too much, unlike running. My brother is very lean (but he eats a lot of junk food) and I ask him how he manages to do it. He declares to me he doesn’t have a clue, but he did tell me that he walks frequently each day. It made perfect sense when he mentioned that. Walking is a great workout so there’s no reason you shouldn’t do it.

Walk daily because you’ll have a better chance you’ll stick to it, and with the correct diet, you’ll be able to slim down easily. If you walk, you’ll also feel healthier and you won’t be deterred by it since it’s not exhausting at all, which will make you feel more driven. As you walk more often and find changes, you’ll want to do more or step up the intensity level of your walks. If you believe you could do more, go ahead. Consider talking at a faster speed or if you’re feeling very confident, you could begin jogging. From that point, you can advance to more energetic activities.

There should be no way for you to not go walking for a few minutes each day. Even if you are busy, you can take out 10 minutes to walk around the block, or if you are a member of a gym, nip in and do half an hour on the treadmill at a slow pace to start off with.
